A: All scheduled meals, snacks and non-alcoholic beverages are included with your all-inclusive ranch stay. Breakfast is served restaurant style, 7:30am – 9:00am each morning. Lunch is served restaurant style, 12pm – 1pm. Prior to dinner, hors d’oeuvres and cocktail are available. A plated gourmet dinner is served immediately after the cocktail and hors d’oeuvres.
A: Absolutely! We will send a welcome packet, prior to your stay, that will include a dietary preferences form. Our Chef will be delighted to accommodate any special dietary need, including gluten free, vegetarian, vegan and even prepare food to avoid your allergies. A: One house beer or wine is included in your stay. We also have top shelf liquor, specialty wine, and craft beer available for purchase. You are welcome to bring your own alcohol, however, due to our liquor license it may only be consumed in your own cabin. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
A: Most guests choose to fly into Denver International Airport and rent a car for the 3-hour picturesque drive. Laramie Regional Airport or Steamboat Springs is also an option to fly into with an equally beautiful 1 to 2 hour drive.
A: Generally, guests check in on Sunday for a 4 – 6-night stay. Or Sunday or Wednesday for a 3-night stay. If another day fits your vacation schedule better, please call us, we will be happy to discuss the options.
A: Our housekeeping crew does a great job with daily cleaning services in your cabin! You will also have the option to receive turn down service during your stay.
A: Soap, shampoo, bed and bath linens, robes, extra blankets, hair dryer, space heater, Keurig coffee machine, mini refrigerator, alarm clock, and a fireplace are included in each cabin.
A: We offer a morning activity of your choice after breakfast and an afternoon activity of choice after lunch. As an intimate sized ranch, we can customize activities to accommodate your requests. A: Guided hiking, shooting, archery, horseback riding, bonfires, nighttime activities, and a morning children’s program are all included. One half day of fly fishing is also included, and additional days can be purchased, please contact us for rates. If you plan on fishing more than one day, please let us know so we can ensure availability. We also feature a massage therapists. Relaxing and rejuvenating massages are available for an additional cost and do need to be scheduled in advanced.
A: Rawah Ranch abides by the law as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and, as such, will make reasonable modifications to our policies to accommodate Service Animals. Per Titles II and III of the ADA and 2010 revised requirements, a Service Animal is a dog or miniature pony trained to perform a specific disability related task for a person with a disability. Because the ADA does not define Emotional Support Animals as Service Animals, Rawah Ranch does not allow Emotional Support Animals at the ranch.
Please note that although recreational use of marijuana is permitted by Colorado law under certain circumstances, we neither condone nor permit the use or possession of marijuana products on Rawah Ranch property at any time. Please also note that it is illegal to use or be in possession of marijuana on federal lands, and Rawah Ranch property is contiguous with the U.S. Forest Service and many of our activities take place on National Forest land. It is our guests’ responsibility to familiarize themselves with Colorado law as it pertains to the use of marijuana. If Marijuana is found or used by anyone in your party your entire party will be asked to leave the Rawah Ranch immediately.
