Special Accommodations

Q: Can I bring my dog?

A: Rawah Ranch abides by the law as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and, as such, will make reasonable modifications to our policies to accommodate Service Animals. Per Titles II and III of the ADA and 2010 revised requirements, a service animal is a dog or miniature pony trained to perform a specific disability-related task for a person with a disability. Because the ADA does not define Emotional Support Animals as Service Animals, Rawah Ranch does not allow Emotional Support Animals at the ranch.

Marijuana Policy

Please note that although recreational use of marijuana is permitted by Colorado law under certain circumstances, we neither condone nor permit the use or possession of marijuana products on Rawah Ranch property at any time. Please also note that it is illegal to use or be in possession of marijuana on federal lands, and Rawah Ranch property is contiguous with the U.S. Forest Service and many of our activities take place on National Forest land. It is our guests’ responsibility to familiarize themselves with Colorado law as it pertains to the use of marijuana.
