Tim & Meg Dyer

General Managers

Tim and Meg Dyer bring a deep passion for hospitality, horses, and the great outdoors to everything they do. With over 15 years of experience managing guest ranches, they love creating unforgettable ranch experiences for guests from all walks of life.

In the off-season, they reside in Loveland, Colorado, where they care for the Rawah horses and the beloved Tiny Hiney Farm. Tim and Meg have two married sons and are proud grandparents to two grandsons.

Damon

Fishing Guide

Damon joins Rawah Ranch from Denton, Texas, where he spends most of his time fishing on the banks of the Brazos river. Always looking for his next adventure, you’ll find him camping, rock climbing, and road tripping cross country looking for his next great fishing spot. He’s excited to connect others to the outdoors this season at the scenic Rawah Ranch.

Embry

Fishing Guide

Embry grew up fishing Virginia’s Blue Ridge Mountains where his passion for the outdoors was fostered. He brings a blend of photography/multimedia talent and outdoor professionalism to the ranch. Along with fly fishing, long distance mountain biking and firefighting complete his other pursuits.

Ty

Lead Wrangler

Hi, I’m Ty! I grew up in Nephi and this is my second season at Rawah Ranch. During the winters, I work as a ski patroller at Sundance Mountain Resort alongside my avalanche rescue dog, Toby.
When I’m not at the ranch or on the mountain, you can usually find me skiing, horseback riding, off-roading, camping, or cooking.

Cassidy

Office Admin

Originally from Berthoud, Cassidy brings a friendly face to the front office and a knack for sharing fun horse facts on the trails. Returning for her third summer at Rawah, she enjoys spending time around the barn and being part of the day-to-day ranch experience.
In the offseason, Cassidy works as a nurse and enjoys mounted shooting, hunting, and volleyball. She is also a member of the Larimer County Sheriff’s Posse alongside Tim.

Carly

Wrangler

Carly Rode is originally from Eagle, Idaho and can’t wait to enter her first season as a wrangler at Rawah Ranch. She just recently graduated from Utah State University with her degree in Equine Science and Management and a minor in American Sign Language. Carly has spent many summers working at an equine non-profit teaching young kids to ride and taking care of horses. In her free time, she loves hiking, reading, running, and spending time with her horse and dogs. Carly is excited for new experiences and to meet new people this summer.

Brody

Wrangler

After spending last summer working as a wrangler here at Rawah Ranch, Brody is coming back to continue working as a wrangler again! Brody enjoys spending time outside hunting, fishing, hiking and spending time with his two golden retrievers back at home in Minnesota.

Marley

Housekeeping/Waitstaff

Marley is a housekeeper and waitstaff originally from Cataldo, Idaho. She brings an outgoing personality and is always ready to have fun, whether it’s connecting with guests or helping around the ranch. In her free time, she enjoys riding horses, hiking, and experiencing new things. Her favorite way to unwind is journaling. With previous experience as a server at Rose Lake Restaurant, she combines great service skills with a love for the outdoors.

Jessica

Wrangler/Activities

Jessica Reynolds is excited to begin her first season at Rawah Ranch as wrangler and head of activities. A Shenandoah Valley native, Jessica grew up immersed in horses and horsemanship, even competing on her college riding team. She worked as an event planner at a mountain resort, where she honed guest services, and program organization. Currently, she lives on the beach of Virginia. Jessica loves teaching new riders, and creating engaging activities for guests of all ages. Warm, energetic, and organized, Jessica is ready to welcome guests to Rawah Ranch and help make their stay unforgettable.

Jaden

Housekeeper/Waitstaff

Jaden will be joining Rawah Ranch this season as part of the housekeeping and waitstaff team. Originally from Houston, Minnesota, she is excited to begin her first year at the ranch and bring her positive energy to the experience. She has previous experience working in both bar and grill and restaurant settings, where she developed strong customer service skills and a solid work ethic. Jaden is known for her friendly personality, warm smile, and ability to create a welcoming atmosphere wherever she goes. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, hiking, playing sports, and trying new things. Her favorite way to unwind is by getting out into nature and listening to the sounds of wildlife, something she’s especially looking forward to experiencing at the ranch.

Kate

Housekeeper/Waitstaff

Kate Nelms is from West Virginia along with her husband, who is a wrangler here, Lee Nelms. She loves meeting new people and striking up conversations. You’ll almost always see her dressed up and yapping! In her free time, you’ll find her coloring, reading, listening to music, or with her husband. She loves anything creative! During the off season she spends her time with her 5 animals; 2 dogs and 3 cats, and interior decorating for fun.

Madysen

Wrangler

Madysen comes from the corn belt of Nebraska and is in her first year wrangling at Rawah Ranch. She grew up raising and showing Shorthorn cattle, where she developed a strong connection to animals and the outdoors. She is known for always having a smile on her face and in her free time she enjoys photography, storytelling, and finding any excuse to be outside.

Lee

Wrangler

Lee Nelms is a Wrangler with 6 years of horsemanship experience. Originally from the Delmarva Peninsula in Maryland, Lee grew up working in his family’s small business in Aviation, where he gained invaluable guest service experience. Unlike the rest of his pilot family members, Lee found more fulfillment on the ground working with people and their animals. Thus he went to train under different mentors to gain experience in horsemanship. He currently lives in the hills of West Virginia with his beloved wife, near his family. Lee loves swimming the depths of the equestrian arts, and loves teaching people about this passion even more! Calm, cool, and even a little witty Lee is ecstatic to be working at Rawah and helping to make the guests’ vacation that much better!

Shane

Prep cook/Dishwasher

Originally from Georgia but moved to Baltimore Maryland. Shane is bringing a charismatic, laid back, hard working background to the ranch’s kitchen team as the prep cook/dishwasher. He is excited to start his first season at Rawah Ranch, and looks forward to making memories and making new friends. He has previous experience working in kitchens and restaurants in just about every position, and always wants to make sure he can do anything he can to help the team succeed. When he isn’t in the kitchen, he enjoys fishing, snowboarding, reading, writing, playing video games, or building a new Lego set.

Annabel​

Housekeeper/Waitstaff

From Augusta, Georgia, Annabel is excited to bring her energy and joy to Rawah Ranch as a server and housekeeper! With years of professional experience in interior design and customer service, Annabel has a keen eye for the small details and a big love for connecting with others to add to a beautiful experience. In her spare time, she loves taking her two spirited golden retrievers to the Savannah River, getting lost in a good book, practicing Pilates, cooking, and soaking up new experiences wherever life takes her!

Kaiyana

Housekeeper/Waitstaff

Originally from Hilo, Hawaii, Kaiyana is a social butterfly excited to bring her great work ethic and friendly smile to Rawah Ranch. From growing up working on her family’s farm to her experience in customer service and running a daycare, Kaiyana is ready to bring the Hawaiian spirit to Rawah! Although she is far from the waves she likes to surf, she enjoys any outdoor activity and can’t wait to see what Colorado has in store!

Teagan

Wrangler

From Lake Tahoe, Nevada
An equine massage therapist and horseback instructor for kids and beginners, specializing in both Western and English. Grew up in the mountains of lake Tahoe, and has been riding horses at a young age, although took a short break due to high school and collegiate sports. After graduating college with a psych degree, she missed being around horses and decided to get back on the ranch where she started her teaching career for kids and beginner adults, she then earned her massage certification for equines. When off the ranch and not working with/on horses, she loves to be outdoors either skiing, dirtbiking, hiking or just hanging out by the lake with a good book!

Isaiah

Fly Fishing/Maintenance

Isaiah is in his second year as a fly fishing guide here at Rawah Ranch. He enjoys spending his off time backpacking, fly fishing, mountain biking, doing yoga, and all other outdoor activities. He’s from Ogden Utah so in the off season he spends his time ski patrolling at Snowbasin ski resort in Eden Utah. He also enjoys backcountry skiing, live music, and having some good ole laughs with his buddies. He’s super excited to continue learning everyday and to share and give a great experience to the guests.

Abbey

Lead Housekeeper

Abbey brings a warm smile, contagious laughter, and a positive attitude to the ranch every day. She loves spending time outdoors, whether she’s hiking the trails, enjoying nature, or showing off her dance moves whenever the moment calls for it. Her fun-loving spirit and enthusiasm make her a wonderful part of the ranch family.

Zack

Lead Fishing Guide/Maintenance

Zack- From Asheville North Carolina ,brings an easy going attitude and welcoming smile to the ranch.

Returning to Rawah for the second season as the head of fly fishing. 2026 marks ten years of guiding & living in the Rockies. Love being able to connect people with the outdoors & make lasting memories.

Camille​

Kids Activities

Originally from El Paso, Camille Watts joins the team as the Kids Counselor after recently graduating from New Mexico State University with a B.S. in Kinesiology. In her free time, she enjoys volunteering with therapeutic horsemanship programs, reading, and staying active. Camille loves helping create a fun, safe, and welcoming environment for all the kids at the ranch.
