Each day, you’ll have the chance to spend an hour in the arena with one of our skilled wranglers who will guide you through the fundamentals of horseback riding in proper western style. From learning the ropes to refining your technique, these dedicated sessions will help you develop a deeper connection with your equine companion and build confidence and joy on horseback.
Private trail rides are a highlight of the Horsing Around package, allowing you to explore the breathtaking Colorado wilderness from the saddle. Put your newfound skills to the test as you venture into nature just as historic cowboys and vaqueros did, riding through stunning landscapes and exploring incredible vistas. With a private wrangler as your guide, you’ll feel confident and supported while horseback riding in Colorado with us.
To further enrich your experience, we’ve curated a full-day ride complete with a packed lunch and refreshing beverages. As part of the Horsing Around package, you’ll receive all the regular inclusions that make Rawah Ranch a luxurious guest retreat. Upon arrival, you’ll find Rawah-branded Stampede Strings and sunscreen in your room, ensuring your comfort and protection during your equestrian adventures at our Colorado horse ranch.
Your dedicated wrangler guide will be by your side throughout your stay, providing personalized attention and sharing their expertise to make your experience truly exceptional. They will accompany you on two private rides, tailoring the experience to your preferences and ensuring that every moment in the saddle accommodates both your skill level and your desires.
The Horsing Around package is available at a rate of $850 per adult per night (excluding tax & gratuity). Single occupancy reservations are also available for a supplemental fee of $250.
