Meet the Staff

Tim & Meg Dyer
General Managers
Tim and Meg Dyer bring a deep passion for hospitality, horses, and the great outdoors to everything they do. With over 15 years of experience managing guest ranches, they love creating unforgettable ranch experiences for guests from all walks of life.
In the off-season, they reside in Loveland, Colorado, where they care for the Rawah horses and the beloved Tiny Hiney Farm. Tim and Meg have two married sons and are proud grandparents to two grandsons.

Talia
Office Administrator
Originally from Brockport, New York, Talia brings organization, warmth, and a friendly face to the front office at Rawah Ranch. She is spending her third summer working on a dude ranch. In the off-season, Talia heads west to Deer Valley Resort in Utah, where she works as a ski instructor.

Olivia
Baker/Head Waitress/Fly Fishing Guide
Originally from Beaver, Pennsylvania, Olivia brings a unique blend of culinary talent, hospitality experience, and outdoor skills to Rawah Ranch. She’s previously held similar roles at two hunting lodges and another guest ranch. As our baker and head waitress, Olivia keeps guests well-fed and well cared for—but don’t be surprised to see her out on the river, guiding fly fishing trips with just as much passion.

Griffin
Fly Fishing Guide/ Maintenance
Griffin comes to Rawah Ranch from Cruso, North Carolina, with a strong background in both fly fishing and the outdoors. Over the past seven years, he’s been fly fishing the streams and rivers of the Appalachians, Smoky Mountains, and Blue Ridge Mountains. An avid long distance hiker, Griffin has logged over 5,000 miles in the last two years on trails including the Appalachian Trail and the Continental Divide Trail.

Isaiah
Fly Fishing Guide/ Maintenance
Originally from Ogden, Utah, Isaiah grew up casting lines on the Ogden and Weber Rivers and exploring alpine lakes in Utah’s Uinta Mountains. An all-around adventurer, he spends his free time backpacking, mountain biking, climbing, skiing (including backcountry), hiking, practicing yoga, and taking off on road trips in his sprinter van.

Zack
Fly Fishing Guide/ Maintenance
Originally from Asheville, North Carolina, Zack brings years of guiding experience to Rawah Ranch. After spending two years working on a ranch in Wyoming, he went on to guide in Steamboat Springs, Colorado for five seasons. A lover of the outdoors, he’s always up for an adventure—whether it’s traveling, catching live music, cheering on Carolina basketball, or simply enjoying a good meal.

Annie
Activities and Children’s Program Coordinator
Annie, from Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, brings energy and a love for the outdoors to her role at Rawah Ranch. Returning for her second season, she’s skilled at organizing fun for all ages, from kids’ activities to lively cornhole games. In her free time, Annie enjoys snowboarding, dancing, and playing rugby. Her favorite ranch activity is riding her horse, Smokey.

Brody
Wrangler
Originally from Currie, Minnesota, brings a strong work ethic and love for the outdoors to his role as a Wrangler at Rawah Ranch. With five years of riding experience and summers spent visiting his sister Britta, a former Rawah wrangler, he’s proud to follow in her footsteps. In his free time, he enjoys hunting, fishing, hiking, and spending time outdoors with his golden retrievers or on the family farm.

Cassidy
Wrangler
Originally from Berthoud, Colorado, Cassidy is a seasoned wrangler with five years of experience and worked at Rawah Ranch in 2023. She works as a nurse in the offseason and enjoys mounted shooting, hunting, volleyball, and coaching youth volleyball and softball. Cassidy is also a member of the Larimer County Sheriff’s Posse alongside Tim.

Durke
Wrangler
Originally from Ellwood City, Pennsylvania, Durke brings diverse ranch experience to his role as a wrangler at Rawah Ranch. He’s worked in wrangling, maintenance, housekeeping, waitstaff, and fly fishing across multiple guest ranches. Raised helping his dad with Black Angus cattle, he developed a strong bond with animals and the outdoors. At Rawah, he’s happiest on horseback, sharing his love of elk hunting, fly fishing, and wide-open country with guests.

Hallee
Wrangler
Originally from Buffalo, New York, Hallee brings a strong horsemanship background and love for the western lifestyle to her role as a Wrangler at Rawah Ranch. She holds a degree in Equine Science and Management from SUNY Morrisville and previously trained and competed with the hitch team at Ames Percheron Farm. When she’s not in the saddle, she enjoys reading, traveling, and peaceful walks with her dog, Macy.

Sage
Wrangler
Originally from Ellwood City, Pennsylvania, Sage brings a big heart and endless energy to her role as Kid’s Wrangler at Rawah Ranch. She’s entering her senior year at Slippery Rock University, studying Early Childhood and Special Education, and has a natural gift for connecting with kids. With experience as a counselor and wrangler, she keeps young guests safe, engaged, and smiling. She enjoys caring for her horses, reading, concerts, working with adults with special needs.

Ty
Wrangler
Originally from Nephi, Utah, Ty grew up helping on his uncle’s cattle ranch, where he developed a love for horses and the cowboy lifestyle. At Rawah Ranch, he brings that hands-on experience and strong sense of responsibility to the wrangler team. In the off-season, he works as a ski patroller at Sundance Mountain Resort, keeping the slopes safe. Ty loves skiing, camping under the stars, off-roading in his Jeep (named Boots), and sharing stories around the fire.

Myleena
Head Housekeeper
Originally from Shinglehouse, Pennsylvania, Myleena brings a strong background of hospitality experience to Rawah Ranch. She is not only dedicated to keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, but also captures the beauty of ranch life through her photography. She enjoys hunting, fishing, and horseback riding.

Abbey
Housekeeper/Server
From Aurora, Illinois, Abbey brings her serving experience to her role as housekeeper and server at Rawah Ranch. She loves bugs, hiking, reading, and music. Her favorite activity at the ranch is archery.

Georgia
Housekeeper/Server
Originally from Livingston, Montana, Georgia brings a lifelong connection to ranch life to her role in housekeeping and serving at Rawah Ranch. She has previous experience working as a server on another guest ranch and grew up living on ranches managed by her dad. Georgia is no stranger to western hospitality and hard work. In her free time, she enjoys snowboarding, hiking, fishing, and getting lost in a good book.

Elle
Housekeeper/Server
Originally from Ogden, Utah, Ellie brings a warm heart and strong hospitality background to the Rawah Ranch team. She’s always ready with a smile—whether serving meals or keeping things spotless. In her free time, she enjoys silversmithing, crafting, and exploring the outdoors. Her favorite way to unwind is hiking the trails of the Rawah Wilderness.

Joe
Bartender/Housekeeper/Server
Originally from Los Angeles, California, Joe brings a lively spirit and diverse skills to Rawah Ranch. With experience bartending in LA and running his own catering company, he now supports the housekeeping and waitstaff teams. Joe is a certified Wilderness First Responder who enjoys hiking, scuba diving, reading, chess, and music. His favorite place to unwind is by the ranch’s waterfall.
