Food and Drink


Q: What are the dining options and are they included?

A: All scheduled meals, snacks and non-alcoholic beverages are included with your all-inclusive ranch stay. Breakfast is served restaurant style, 7:30am to 9:00am each morning. Lunch is served buffet style, 11:30am to 1:00pm. Prior to dinner, hors d’oeuvres and a cocktail are available. A gourmet dinner is served family style immediately after the cocktail and hors d’oeuvres.

Q: I have special dietary needs; can your chef accommodate them?

A: Absolutely! We will send a welcome packet, prior to your stay, that will include a dietary preferences form. Chef Ford will be delighted to accommodate any special dietary need, including gluten free,
vegetarian, vegan and even prepare food to avoid your allergies. If you would like additional information, or would like to speak to us directly, please call or email.

Q: Is alcohol available? Can I bring my own?

A: House beer, house wine, and a daily cocktail are options included in your stay during happy hour. We also have top shelf liquor, specialty wine, and craft beer available for purchase.
You are welcome to bring your own alcohol. By law, you may only consume the alcohol you bring in your own cabin. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.




Q: What is the best way to get to Rawah Guest Ranch?

A: Most guests choose to fly in to Denver International Airport and rent a car for the picturesque 3-hour drive. We also offer pick up service from three airports: Denver – $400 round trip per vehicle, Fort Collins – $300 round trip per vehicle, Laramie – $150 round trip per vehicle.


Q: Can I arrive or depart on any day of the week?

A: Generally, guests check in on Sunday. If you choose a three-night stay, you may also check in on Wednesday. If another day fits your vacation schedule better, please call us, we will be happy to discuss the options.




Q: Can you tell me about housekeeping services?

A: Our expert housekeeping staff will clean your cabin daily.

Q: What amenities are included in my cabin?

A: Soap, shampoo, bed and bath linens, robes, extra blankets, hair dryer, space heater, Keurig coffee maker, refrigerator, alarm clock and a fireplace are included in each cabin.




Q: Can you tell me more about the activities available?

A: We offer a morning activity of your choice after breakfast and an afternoon activity of choice after lunch. As an intimate sized ranch, we can customize activities to accommodate your requests. Q: Are the activities all inclusive?

A: Guided hiking, shooting, archery, horseback riding, bonfires, night time activities, and a children’s program are all included. One half day of fly fishing is also included, and additional days can be purchased for $175 per guide per day. If you plan on fishing more than one day, please let us know so we can ensure availability. We also feature an on-site massage therapist. Relaxing and rejuvenating massages are available for $150 per hour. To be sure we have availability for a massage, please let us know in advance if you are interested.
