Deposits
- A deposit of 50% is required at the time if reservation. Your deposit (minus $100.00 fee per person) will be refunded if you cancel at least 60 days prior to your arrival; later, your deposit (minus $100.00 fee per person) will be refunded if we can fill your reserved space. We reserve the right to bill for the number of people and length of stay reserved.
Payment
- We accept personal or traveler’s checks, cash, or Visa/Master Card.
- We do NOT accept American Express at this time.
Check-In
- After 3:00 pm on the day of your arrival.
Check-Out
- 10:00 am on the morning of your departure.
Gratuities
- If you feel we have exceeded your expectations and want to say thank you to our staff, tipping in the 10-20% range is appreciated by them. Tipping is not mandatory.
Medical Services
- Ivinson Medical Center in Laramie, Wyoming and Poudre Valley Hospital in Fort Collins, Colorado are both available to serve Rawah guests if need be. All of our Wranglers are Advanced Wilderness First Aid and CPR certified as well as having EMTs on staff.
Shipping your luggage/equipment
- If you would prefer to pre-ship and return-ship your luggage and equipment, both Federal Express and United Parcel make regular deliveries to the ranch.
Ranch nanny/babysitting service
- Nanny and babysitting services are available. Please email us at reservations@rawahranch.com for further details.
Laundry
- We do have facilities on the ranch for those needing laundry services.
Phones/ Cell Phones/internet
- We have a dedicated phone line in the Lodge for guests to use. Cell phone service is not available. Satellite WIFI is available in the Lodge only and with limited use.
Special Dietary Needs
- Our Executive Chef team is very familiar and professionally trained in special dietary needs. Gluten-Free, Food Allergies, Vegetarian, Vegan and specific diets are never a problem. Please let us know at time of reserving your stay regarding any special requests so we may be prepared.
Spirits/Beer/Wine
- We invite guests to bring their own beer,wine & spirits to enjoy during their stay or send us a list of your favorite beverages and we will have them at the ranch when you arrive. We provide ice, mixers, etc., during the 5:30 social hour before dinner each night.
Rawah Ranch operates under permits from the Roosevelt National Forest and the Bureau of Land Management and is an equal opportunity service provider.
